My name is Erin Leonty. I'm a career gal and FTM seeking a healthier lifestyle. Why? To become a strong, healthy role model for my daughter, Ava Elizabeth Leonty! She is my WHY!

In an effort to stay focused on my goal, I've started a hobby of exchanging fitness and nutrition tips. In addition, I lead virtual group fitness challenges to inspire others to get healthy!

30-day BEST SELF Challenge

I run a FREE* 30-day BEST SELF challenge ONCE PER MONTH, beginning on the first MONDAY of each month! I accept a maximum of TEN CHALLENGERS per month so that I can focus on getting to know you and your goals.

This is not just a body transformation, … you will gain energy, confidence, and feel empowered to achieve any goal you put your mind to!

If you DO have an assigned coach, you have TWO options!

#1 - Reach out to your current coach and see if they run their own challenges (MANY do!)

or

#2 - If you are not working with your assigned coach and would like to switch, you can do so by emailing coachrelations@beachbody.com and requesting to have your coach changed to E. Leonty (LeontyLiving) #409689 (Doing so takes approx. 48-72 hours)

*I do not charge anything extra for you to be a part of my challenges… All I require is the following:
  1. You must choose a Beachbody at-home fitness program. If you do not already own one that you would like to do… then I can work with you to pick the perfect one for your life-style and goals.  You can browse Beachbody fitness programs here. Click on "Shop" to browse by promotion, fitness trainers, etc. (If you need to purchase a program, make sure you ask me how you can save between 25-30% OFF by ordering your Shakeology and program together as a Challenge Pack!)
  2. You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the 30 days and follow the nutrition guide in your fitness program Challenge Pack. This is going to ensure you get the results you desire within the 30 day period of the challenge. DIET makes up 70% of your results… Therefore there will be a major emphasis on teaching you how to eat to FUEL your body during the challenge! You can browse Shakeology flavours and nutritional ingredient information here.
  3. You must be open-minded and willing to share & participate in the group. We have daily assignments/check ins that are designed to help you overcome obstacles and grow as a person so that this is a lifestyle change, NOT A QUICK FIX.
